The Casino is behind the Oasis back door in the Calico Desert. Complete The Mysterious Qi chain, claim the Club Card from the farmhouse lumber pile, and the Bouncer will allow entry.
Mysterious Qi Chain
Quest / Battery Pack, Rainbow Shell, Beets, Solar Essence, and farmhouse lumber pile
The access chain moves from the Bus Stop tunnel to the Railroad box, Mayor Lewis' fridge, the Desert sand dragon, and finally the lumber pile beside the farmhouse for the Club Card reward.
Qi Coins
Currency / Casino-only currency and gold exchange rate
Qi Coins are used for Casino games and shop purchases. The vending machine exchanges 1,000g for 100 Qi Coins, or 10g per Qi Coin, and Qi Coins cannot be converted back to gold.
