Mystic Tree Seed unlocks from Foraging Mastery and is crafted from 5 Acorns, 5 Maple Seeds, 5 Pine Cones, and 5 Mahogany Seeds. It is the only reliable way to start Mystic Tree production.
Growth Odds and Tree Fertilizer
Growth / 15% nightly growth, 30% with Tree Fertilizer, and Winter growth
Unfertilized Mystic Tree Seeds have a 15% chance to advance each night in Spring, Summer, or Fall. Tree Fertilizer raises that to 30% and also allows growth during Winter.
Tapper and Heavy Tapper Syrup Route
Production / Mystic Syrup every 7 days or 3 days with Heavy Tapper
A tapped Mystic Tree produces Mystic Syrup every 7 days, or every 3 days with a Heavy Tapper. Heavy Tappers turn a small grove into a much steadier Treasure Totem and Fairy Dust supply.
Mystic Syrup Uses and Economy
Uses / Treasure Totem, Blue Grass Starter, Fairy Dust, Tapper profession, and energy
Mystic Syrup sells for 1,000g, or 1,250g with Tapper, but its strongest value is usually crafting: Treasure Totems, Blue Grass Starter, and the Raccoon Wife Fairy Dust trade after the sixth request.
Grove Layout and Mushroom Log Planning
Layout / Tapper lanes, chest access, Mushroom Logs, and Purple Mushrooms
Mystic Trees do not spread seeds on their own, so grove shape is fully planned. Place them where Tappers are easy to harvest, and use nearby Mystic Trees when Mushroom Logs should lean toward Purple Mushrooms.
Hardwood Yield and Seed Limits
Caution / 7-11 Hardwood, stump Hardwood, no seed drops, and no self-spread
Mystic Trees can be chopped for 7-11 Hardwood plus 1 Hardwood from the stump, but they do not drop seeds from chopping or shaking and do not spread seeds when mature.
