Upgrade 1: Kitchen and Double Bed

The first Farmhouse upgrade costs 10,000g and 450 Wood and takes Robin three days. It adds the kitchen counter, a fridge that works with cooking, a bedroom, and a double bed that allows marriage.

Upgrade 2: Nursery and Renovations
升级二：育儿房与装修
The second Farmhouse upgrade costs 65,000g and 100 Hardwood. It adds two rooms, including the nursery with crib and child beds, expands the kitchen and bedroom, unlocks renovations, and enables exterior painting.
Upgrade / 100,000g, cellar access, 33 starter Casks, and 189-Cask maximum
Upgrade 3: Cellar and Casks
升级三：地窖与木桶
The third Farmhouse upgrade costs 100,000g and adds the cellar through the kitchen. The cellar starts with 33 Casks and can hold up to 189 Casks for wine, cheese, beer, mead, and pale ale aging routes.

After the second Farmhouse upgrade, Robin offers instant renovations including Remove Crib, Open Bedroom, Southern Room, Corner Room, Attic, Cubby, Dining Room, and Open Dining Room. Renovations can be refunded in full when the expanded space is not occupied.

Marriage or Krobus roommate status automatically adds a character-themed room to the Farmhouse. This links house upgrades to spouse friendship, roommate planning, spouse Stardrop, and long-term decoration choices.
Family / Second upgrade, crib, child beds, marriage timing, and Remove Crib choice
Children, Nursery, and Crib

Children require the second Farmhouse upgrade with nursery and crib, a stable marriage route, and the crib still installed. Removing the crib prevents additional children until the crib is restored.

The first upgrade makes the Farmhouse a cooking hub. The fridge behaves like a chest for cooking ingredients, the kitchen counter cooks recipes, and the kitchen sink can refill the watering can.

Farmhouse Achievements and Routing

Only the first two Farmhouse upgrades have achievements: Moving Up and Living Large. The third upgrade and renovations do not add achievements, but they unlock cellar profit and the fully upgraded-house condition for Community Upgrades.
