Fish Frenzies can start before 11 PM after either 4 days plus 3 caught fish or 15 total days. When ordinary bubbles spawn in eligible areas, there is a 1% chance for that bubble spot to become a frenzy.

Checklist
- Catch at least 3 fish by early Spring if Fish Frenzies should be possible from day 4 onward.
- Watch the location message so travel time does not erase the best part of the window.
- Ignore impossible festival days except Desert Festival, Trout Derby, SquidFest, and Night Market.
