Stardew Valley Gathering Quest Rules Guide
Gathering quests from Clint or Robin require items to be collected after accepting the quest. Stored materials do not satisfy the counter, but once the counter is complete the player does not need to hand over the items.

- Accept Clint ore or coal quests before mining for the day.
