The rod can equip bait and two tackles at once. Most tackle effects stack, but two Sonar Bobbers or two Curiosity Lures do not add extra benefit, so pair duplicate tackles only when the effect truly stacks.

Challenge Bait unlocks from Fishing Mastery and crafts 5 bait from 5 Bone Fragments and 2 Moss. A perfect catch yields 3 fish, but each time the fish leaves the bar the catch count drops by one.
