Stardew Valley Community Upgrades Database

Community Upgrade records for Robin's late-game Carpenter's Shop projects, fully upgraded Farmhouse and Community Center or Joja Warehouse requirements, Pam and Penny's house, Town Shortcuts, shortcut locations, horse access, festival bypasses, and route value.

Community Upgrade Unlock Requirements

Unlock / Fully upgraded Farmhouse plus Community Center or Joja Warehouse completion

Community Upgrades appear at Robin's Carpenter's Shop after the Farmhouse is fully upgraded and the Community Center or Joja Warehouse route is complete. Multiplayer saves require the host player to buy the upgrade.

Pam and Penny House Upgrade

Town Project / 500,000g, 950 Wood, and three-day construction

The first Community Upgrade costs 500,000g and 950 Wood. Robin replaces Pam's trailer with a new house for Pam and Penny, unless Penny is already married to the player.

Town Shortcuts Upgrade

Town Project / 300,000g second upgrade after Pam's house

After the Pam and Penny house upgrade is complete, Robin can sell a second Community Upgrade for 300,000g. It creates shortcut paths around the valley and takes three days to finish.

Leah's Cottage to Beach Shortcut

Shortcut / Cindersap Forest to Beach, horseback passable, festival bypass

The water-side path from Cindersap Forest near Leah's cottage to the Beach is passable on horseback and can reach the Beach even when town festival setup blocks the ordinary path.

Mountain to Town Shortcuts

Shortcut / Riverside Mountain paths north of JojaMart and the town river

The shortcut upgrade adds narrow Mountain-to-Town riverside paths near the quarry bridge area and east of the Carpenter's Shop. These routes connect Robin, the Mountains, and northern Town faster, but they are too narrow for a horse.

Museum to Beach Tide Pool Shortcut

Shortcut / Hidden foliage path, no horse, and Tide Pool access

A hidden path south of the Museum connects Town to the Beach between the Tide Pool trees. It is too narrow for a horse and can be used to reach the Tide Pool side even without repairing the Beach bridge.

Bus Stop to Backwoods Stairs

Shortcut / Tunnel-side stairs, Backwoods access, and horseback routing

The upgrade adds stairs from the Bus Stop near the tunnel to the Backwoods. This route is passable on horseback and gives a clean farm, tunnel, Robin, and Mountain loop.

Adventurer's Guild Plank Shortcut

Shortcut / Mountain island plank, Guild access, no horse

A plank bridge connects the island in the Mountains to the area south of the Adventurer's Guild. It is too narrow for a horse but saves walking during Mines, quarry, lake, Guild, and Monster Goal loops.
