Four Obelisks
Build all four farm Obelisks for the Qi Perfection Tracker. The set costs 3,000,000g before materials and is still useful after perfection because it compresses daily travel.
One Gold Clock on the farm
Gold Clock
Build the 10,000,000g Gold Clock for the tracker and final-farm maintenance. It prevents farm debris and fence decay when turned on.
Finish Goblin Problem and return Magic Ink
Wizard unlock
Wizard Buildings become available after the Dark Talisman and Goblin Problem chain, so the Witch's Hut route gates Obelisks, Junimo Hut, and Gold Clock planning.
