Unlock and repair
The questline starts as a map change, then turns into a weekly request route. Repair the stump early once the 100 Hardwood cost is manageable so the Raccoon family can begin growing.
- Visit the stump after the strong wind storm and interact with it.
- Bring 100 Hardwood to repair the stump.
- Return the next day to meet the Raccoon and start requests.
Request planning
Raccoon requests are easiest when the farm already supports 1.6 artisan processing. Keep machines and seasonal stock ready so the 7-day cadence does not stall.
- Prepare Dehydrator, Fish Smoker, Preserves Jar, Keg, and seasonal crop routes.
- Save mushrooms, eggs, cave items, algae, fish, forage, dried goods, smoked fish, juice, jelly, and pickles.
- Use the Raccoon Wife shop for seed spot crops, Raccoon Journal, Fairy Dust, and late-game Mystery Box trades.
