Quick facts
Seed Spots are dug with the Hoe and give 2-3 seeds based on the active date window.
The four 1.6 Seed Spot crops are Carrot, Summer Squash, Broccoli, and Powdermelon.
Raccoon Wife trades, Mystery Boxes, Prize Machine rewards, Golden Fishing Treasure Chests, and Seed Maker loops can supplement Seed Spot RNG.
Use the date windows
Seed Spots do not simply match the season name. Their reward windows overlap late into the previous season so you can prepare the next planting route before day 1 arrives.
- Winter 21-Spring 23 gives Carrot Seeds.
- Spring 24-Summer 20 gives Summer Squash Seeds.
- Summer 21-Fall 20 gives Broccoli Seeds, and Fall 21-Winter 20 gives Powdermelon Seeds.
Turn RNG into a crop plan
The first Seed Spot crop copy should usually go toward shipping or seed multiplication. After that, Raccoon Wife trades and Seed Maker loops let the farm target missing crops instead of waiting on map spawns.
- Use Powdermelon to keep Winter farming active.
- Treat Summer Squash and Broccoli as regrow crops that reward early planting.
- Save Maple Seeds, Sap, Moss, and Pine Cones for exact Raccoon Wife seed trades.
