Route by region
Golden Walnuts are easier to finish when grouped by Island East, West, North, South, Field Office, and island-wide repeatable caps.
- Use the first Island East loop for Leo's hut, Gem Birds, the banana altar, and hidden jungle paths.
- Treat Island West as a farm route: crops, Gourmand Frog, dig patterns, and farmhouse upgrades all overlap.
- Combine Island North walnuts with Dig Site, Field Office, Volcano Dungeon, Forge, and combat/mining runs.
Spend without losing momentum
Walnuts are both collection progress and unlock currency. Spend on access that creates more walnut sources first, then comfort upgrades once the route is stable.
- Open Island West, Dig Site, and Island Resort when they unlock new source clusters.
- Use Farmhouse, mailbox, Farm Obelisk, and Parrot Express to reduce travel friction.
- After all parrot rewards are purchased, remaining walnuts can be converted into Qi Gems inside the end-game loop.
